I bring more than 20 years of experience across corporate communications, public relations, executive messaging, brand strategy, and internal communications. My work blends strategic thinking with narrative leadership and structured communication systems, helping organizations communicate with clarity, alignment, and impact.
At James Avery Artisan Jewelry, I had the opportunity to build a communications function from the ground up. I launched the company’s social media presence as a one-person operation, developing the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging across digital channels. That work expanded to include website content and reviews, influencer strategy, brand ambassador programs, and cross-channel messaging frameworks. As the function matured, I built and led a cross-functional team responsible for social content, digital campaigns, public relations, and executive communications.
Over time, my role evolved into enterprise communications leadership, supporting leadership visibility, crisis communications, and organizational alignment through strategic narrative and governance systems.
Earlier in my career, I helped organizations like Keller Williams Realty navigate the early days of social media adoption — creating corporate and division profiles, developing training materials and guides, leading webinars, and teaching social strategy and personal brand building at industry conferences. I’ve also contributed to mission-driven communications, corporate messaging, and stakeholder engagement in healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, and large-enterprise environments.
I’m known as a builder — of teams, systems, messaging frameworks, and trusted relationships. I lead with clarity, collaboration, and operational discipline, focusing on what works and what lasts.
